N AND I CONSTRUCTION provides a complete design service.

N & I Construction was established in February 1999 by Nick Iurescu undertaking both domestic and commercial carpentry projects as a small family business. Since this time, over the past nineteen years, from carpentry and project management the company has grown and now concentrates predominately on commercial works specializing in Education projects and within this specialist area undertaking works from minor maintenance to refurbishments, upgrades and new works including Early Childhood, Primary and Secondary schools.

We selectively engage our work team and subcontractors that have the same goals and qualities that reflect our own ethos whist still closely maintaining our hands on approach to each and every project.

OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY

N & I Constructions have strived and successfully established a comprehensive safety management system that attains and exceeds all statutory and regulatory requirements. Based upon the Master Builders Association of Victoria’s system, we constantly review and update risk mitigation measures to retain compliance as regulations change from time to time. The constant review and management of our OH&S is proven by the success of our site safety management systems on all of our projects.
